Condition: Used - item shows visible signs of use such as scratches, scrapes, scuffs etc. Item is tested and works with an ISSUE. 

Description: THE CAMERA WILL NOT PAN RIGHT AND LEFT BUT IT WILL TILT UP AND DOWN. Includes light bulb camera ONLY. Light scratches on the body.
