Condition: Used - item shows visible signs of use such as scratches, scrapes, scuffs etc. Item is tested and works with an ISSUE. 

Description: DOES NOT CONNECT TO WIFI. All other functions work as intended. Includes GPS and generic carport charging cable ONLY. Scratches and scrapes on the body and display of the GPS.
