Functional Condition: working with issue

Condition: Used/Acceptable - item shows visible signs of use such as scratches, scrapes, scuffs etc. 

Description: THE LCD HAS BURNT PIXELS. Includes Device and Traffic Receiver/Vehicle Power Cable Only, Nothing Else included. Scratches on the back cover.

No other accessories are included.
